Gary Miller is president and CEO of GreyStone Power Corporation, an electric membership cooperative in Douglasville, Georgia. He is also a director for Wellstar Health System and chairman of GRESCO Utility Supply, Inc., an electric material supplier.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of North Georgia College, a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a law degree from Georgia State University. He has served on the CoBank board since 2006 and is on the Audit committee.
