Leland T. Willeke operates a dryland farm that produces wheat and millet, and is president of Wheatland, Inc., a family farming corporation. Mr. Willeke lives in Otis, Colorado. Prior to becoming a farmer, he was involved with a design and construction firm as a partner and owner.

Mr. Willeke has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and computer-aided design from the University of Colorado. He previously had served on the U.S. AgBank board. He is a member of CoBank’s Governance committee.
