Mary Fritz is the owner and operator of Quarter Circle JF Ranch, Inc., a dryland grain and cow/calf operation in Chester, Montana. She is also a director for the Farm Credit Council, and a former board chairman and director for Northwest Farm Credit Services in Spokane, Washington.

Ms. Fritz attended Montana State University. She has served on the CoBank board since 2003, where she is third vice chairman. She also sits on the Compensation and Executive committees.
