Bill Harris is the owner and operator of Harris Farms, a cash crop farming operation in LeRoy, New York. He is also a partner in HR&W Harvesting, a processing vegetable farm, and is president of Eatwell Farms, Inc., a custom field work operation, both in LeRoy, New York.

Mr. Harris serves on the board of ACDI/VOCA, a private nonprofit organization that promotes economic growth and societal development in emerging democracies and developing countries.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northeastern University. He has served on the CoBank board since 2001 and is on the Governance committee.
