Bill Farrow is the organizing director, president and CEO of Urban Partnership Bank, a commercial bank in Chicago, Illinois. He is also the owner of Winston and Wolfe, LLC, a
privately held technology development company.

Mr. Farrow is the former CEO and managing partner of F.C. Partners Group, LLC. Mr. Farrow is also the former executive vice president and chief information officer of the Chicago Board of Trade.

He has a master’s degree in management from Northwestern University. He was appointed to the CoBank board in 2007 and serves on the Risk committee.
