As a senior vice president and division manager for Capital Markets, Brian Klatt’s responsibilities include structuring, marketing and sales of syndicated loans for CoBank’s business lines. He is also responsible for developing and managing CoBank’s relationships with the primary and secondary loan syndication desks of the leading syndication banks and financial institutions. Mr. Klatt is a member of CoBank’s Senior Leadership Team.

Mr. Klatt joined CoBank in 1998 and has 28 years of banking and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining CoBank, he was a vice president/relationship manager of Rabobank International’s Chicago office. He was also a vice president at the First National Bank of Chicago.

Mr. Klatt earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in economics and livestock marketing from Morningside College. He grew up on a corn and soybean farm near Linn Grove, Iowa.
