John Svisco
Chief Administrative Officer

Chief Administrative Officer John Svisco is responsible for directing CoBank’s Business Support Services Group, which includes the bank’s loan and lease operations, information technology, corporate communications, and enterprise solutions and services functions. He is a member of CoBank’s Management Executive Committee, Senior Leadership Team, Enterprise Risk Committee, Nonqualified Plan Committee, and is chairman of both the Retirement Trust Committee and the Welfare Benefits Committee. Mr. Svisco also serves on the board of directors for AgVantis, Inc.

Mr. Svisco, who joined CoBank in 2002, managed loan and lease operations during his first seven years at the bank, and was most recently senior vice president of the human resources and administrative services divisions. He has extensive experience in operations and finance in the financial services industry, including 20 years with HSBC Bank USA, where his last position was senior vice president of operations services.

Mr. Svisco earned an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Management at the University of Rochester, his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarkson University, and is a graduate of the USMC Officer Candidates School.
