Mike Vestal
Senior Vice President and Controller

As senior vice president and controller, Mike Vestal is responsible for overseeing CoBank’s financial controls, including accounting, financial reporting, management reporting and analysis and tax functions. He is a member of CoBank’s Operating Committee and Senior Leadership Team.

Mr. Vestal has 18 years of experience in financial management and accounting positions. Prior to joining CoBank in 2003, he was controller for Time Warner Telecom, a provider of data and other telecommunications services headquartered in Littleton, Colorado. Earlier, Mr. Vestal was with GST Telecommunications and KPMG, where he began his career as an auditor.

Mr. Vestal earned both his bachelors and masters degree in accountancy from Brigham Young University.
