Paul A. Narduzzo

As head of the Rural Infrastructure Banking Group, Paul Narduzzo is responsible for lending relationships across a wide variety of rural industries, including electric generation, transmission and distribution cooperatives; water and wastewater companies; and wireline, cable and wireless communications service providers. Mr. Narduzzo is a member of CoBank's Operating Committee and Senior Leadership Team.
Before assuming his current position, Mr. Narduzzo, who joined CoBank in 2008, oversaw the bank’s Regional Agribusiness Banking Group, which supports U.S. agricultural cooperative customers and institutional lending relationships with Farm Credit System partners. He has also served as senior vice president in the bank’s Credit and Risk Management division, where he was responsible for risk monitoring, reporting and other governance initiatives. Prior to joining CoBank, he spent 27 years in commercial banking, most recently as senior vice president at HSBC Bank USA in New York. His background includes business development and relationship management, credit underwriting and administration, lending operations and risk management.
Mr. Narduzzo earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the State University of New York in Buffalo and an MBA from Canisius College.
