CoBank is governed by a board of directors from locations throughout the
U.S. and representing diverse industries and professions.
In 2004, CoBank stockholders voted to reduce the size of the Board of
Directors. The planned process for achieving this was completed in 2007,
and the board now consists of 12 elected directors representing
three geographical regions, and four appointed or outside directors.
