Position Summary:
Provides general supervision and
leadership to closing unit including workflow,
administrative oversight, associate coaching, feedback
and functional participation.
Serves as escalation point for complex matters.
Recommends work allocation changes to
ensure effective and efficient operations within the
department. Facilitates performance appraisals and
maintain key performance indicators set for staff.
Responsible for task prioritization, team quality
assurance, maintenance, service level adherence, and
special projects as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma and 2-4 years recent
supervisory experience preferably in banking or
financial services industry and 3-5 years experience
closing, booking and/or funding commercial loans; or
appropriate combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration,
accounting, finance or relevant discipline and/or
paralegal certification preferred. Advanced knowledge
of commercial loan instruments and pertinent
documentation, and commercial loan syndication market.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and
written communication skills, and ability to provide a
high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced, deadline oriented
environment. Strong leadership and coaching skills. |
