Asset Liability Management Analyst

Position Summary:

Performs financial risk analysis utilizing asset/liability simulation models.  Assists in preparation, testing, and analysis of models to forecast balance sheet and income statement.  Serves as analytical support for ongoing analysis of funding and investments.

Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business with emphasis in finance or relevant discipline and 2+ years experience in asset/liability theory and applications; or appropriate combination of education and experience.  Advanced understanding of financial mathematics, financial instrument analysis, structured securities, option adjusted analysis, capital markets and statistics.  Proficiency in personal computer financial modeling, advanced skills in database and spreadsheet applications, and detailed understanding of the bank’s balance sheet and income statement.  Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
