Position Summary:
Performs specialized transaction analysis and
coordinates documentation and closing actions for
complex, multi-bank syndications, participations, and
sales. Independently performs interpretation of complex
loan documentation and closing tasks. Interacts with
internal and external customers to ensure high
satisfaction level with bank/customer relationship.
Knowledge and Skills:
High school diploma and 2-4 years relevant experience
preferably in banking or financial services industry; or
appropriate combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance,
accounting or relevant discipline preferred. Basic to
intermediate knowledge in loan and security
documentation, commercial loan products and commercial
loan syndication market. Basic to intermediate
knowledge of credit practices. Excellent
organizational, time management, interpersonal,
negotiation, customer service and oral and written
communications skills. Intermediate personal computer
and software application such as word processing,
spreadsheets and database skills. Basic to intermediate
knowledge of commercial loan accounting practices and
basic knowledge of commercial loan account systems
preferred.
Other Requirements:
Ability to interpret and translate terms and structure
of highly complex transactions. Must be detail-oriented. |
