Corporate Support

CoBank's corporate support divisions include information technology, human resources, corporate communications, finance and administrative services. Below are broad descriptions of some of those divisions and the work they do to support the bank:

• INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: With nearly 90 technology professionals, CoBank's IT department provides complete support for all IT infrastructure and operations. The department also maintains and develops business applications and oversees IT security.
  
  
• FINANCE: CoBank's Finance division includes more than 50 professionals working to manage the bank's funding needs so we can deliver loans and other financial services to customers. Finance also manage's CoBank's liquidity and interest-rate risk. In addition, the division handles all financial analysis, accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.
  
  
• HUMAN RESOURCES & ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: CoBank has a professional human resources team that oversees all aspects of hiring, training and benefits management for the bank. Our Administrative Services division manages the bank's offices, fleet, travel, purchasing and more.
