CoBank’s Operations division works very closely with all business lines to support dependable delivery of loans, leases and other financial services. Career opportunities in this part of the bank deal with loan documentation, collateral, processing, loan closing, booking, fulfillment, customer service and much more.
The Operations division includes more than 150 professionals, most of them based at our corporate headquarters in Denver.
CoBank loans originate out in the field, usually from one of our 13 banking centers strategically placed across the nation. Once the loan has been sold and approved, CoBank's Operations division goes to work. The division is responsible for booking and closing loans, recording all documents associated with a customer and maintaining those documents for the bank's records.
Additionally, Operations professionals provide ongoing customer service and support for all CoBank customers and partners, and the division supports enterprise-wide change initiatives with process and application solutions.
