Education (CPE) Credits
CPE
credits are available for this meeting. To file for credit, you will
need to sign the attendance form at the registration desk. As part
of the verification to the accrediting agency, we need your
signature to provide proof of your attendance. Certificates will be
available Wednesday morning at the registration table. You will need to
pick up the certificate before departing the meeting.

Attendees will leave this session with a good understanding of
strategies to help ensure their companies’ success in the short and
long-term future.
Maximizing Transport Assets
Following this session, attendees will know the current
opportunities for maximizing their companies’ revenue and the value of their fiber/transport assets.
Regulatory and Legislative
Outlook
Attendees will leave this session with a deep understanding of the
regulations and legislation currently under review by Congress and
the Federal Communications Commission and how the proposed changes
may impact their business.
Industry View: The Cable
Perspective – GCI
At this session attendees will learn the strategies cable companies
serving rural areas are utilizing to become competitive
communications providers and should be able to apply these
strategies to their own business plans.
The Road to Convergence:
Consolidation, Acquisition & Divestiture
During this session, attendees will gain insight on how mergers
and acquisitions can help a traditional telephone or cable
company evolve into a full-service communications provider and how
consolidation impacts the value of their company in the capital
markets.
Economic Outlook
After this session, attendees should be able to explain the current
factors driving interest rates and general economic activity. They
should also be able to explain the impact of current global events
on the U.S. economy.

Executive Forum, which is a group-live program designed to provide
attendees with up-to-date information on industry and market trends
as well as national political, economic or regulatory issues of

Executive Forum can earn up to ten (10) Continuing Professional
