Due to overwhelming demand for the CoBank 2008 Energy and Water Forum, the block of available rooms at the Park Hyatt has been completely filled.  Space is currently available at the Charter at Beaver Creek, which is within walking distance of the Park Hyatt.

Please be sure to indicate your CoBank affiliation to receive the conference rate of $143, and make your reservation as soon as possible as space is limited.  Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel by calling 970-949-6660.  

In addition, invitees can ask to be put on the Park Hyatt waiting list in case rooms become available due to future cancellations. To do so, please call the reservations line at (800) 778-7477 and request specifically to be put on the wait list for your requested dates.  Or you can use the hotel’s on-line reservation system at resbeave@hyatt.com.
