Scheherazade S. Rehman


Scheherazade Rehman is a professor of International Finance/Business and of International Affairs, a director of the Executive MBA in Cyber-Security (2012-2019), and the founder and a director of the European Union Research Center, all at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Rehman is also a Senior Research Fulbright Scholar. She is a director of the International Trade and Finance Association in Winnsboro, South Carolina, and the American Consortium on European Studies in Washington, D.C. She is also the president and managing partner of the International Consultants Group, an international financial markets and global risk consulting company.

She was appointed to the CoBank board in 2018 and is a member of the Risk Committee.

Dr. Rehman holds a bachelor’s degree in international banking and finance, a master’s degree in international business/international finance and a doctorate degree in international finance from The George Washington University.
