Scott R. Hendrix

Scott Hendrix is the chief executive officer and general counsel of Tombigbee Electric Power Association, an electric distribution cooperative, and Tombigbee Fiber, LLC, a broadband internet company, both located in Tupelo, Mississippi. He is also an officer and general counsel of MS Fiber, LLC, a statewide fiber broadband organization, and serves as of counsel to Mitchell, McNutt and Sams, PA, a law office. He is an owner of a real estate holding company, a wedding transportation company and an antique automobile storage company. Mr. Hendrix serves as a director for NRECA’s Electric Cooperative Bar Association, the Electric Cooperatives of Mississippi and for multiple software companies and local businesses. 

He joined the CoBank board in 2025 and is a member of the Risk Committee.

Mr. Hendrix holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi and a juris doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.
